​​We are looking for volunteers to help with the 2026 Summerland Fall Fair!
Volunteering is a fun way to get involved, support your Fall Fair, and meet new friends.
We have a wide range of tasks before, during, and after the Fair that volunteers can get involved with. Plus, volunteering gets you invited to our Volunteer Appreciation party!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
*Set up for Sept 12th event is from 7:00am to 10:00am
*Take Down: Saturday September 12th from 4:30pm to 6:00pm
Vendors are required to keep their display in place until
4:30 pm on September 12th, 2026
*Entrance to the site will open to public at 10:00am - 4:30pm on Sept
12th, 2026.
